Cancelation Policy

If you decide that you no longer wish to join Topsail Fishin Charters you must request to cancel your charter no later than 14 days before your charter date in order to receive a refund of your deposit. If the cancelation is not made within 14 days of the deposit will not be refunded. In the instance that your trip is canceled due to mechanical issues with the Topsail Fishin Charters boat or Weather related you will receive a full refund of your deposit
